very happy with the support i've received, i unintentionally turned off networking on my dedicated server when attempting to add a second IP address to the network interface but support responded to me within an hour and allowed me to access my server again

terrible service, we ordered dedicated server and receive server with another hardware than was ordered. And no refund...
Dear client, The server model you purchased was out of stock, we asked for your permissions to deliver a server with the same cpu and ram but with a different storage configuration and you agreed. Later on, you changed your mind and despite that, you were given a partial refund unlike what you are claiming here

They have my easy five-star rating for two reasons: 1. Their support staff (i received a response from them in less than an hour after creating a ticket) 2. The cost of their virtual private server, i couldn't find a better or more affordable vps in italy.
