Purchased the server from them and after some days server went down and there is no response from live chat or mail. They stole the data and deactivated the server and did not respond to any tickets I raised. It's been 2 weeks without any response on support on service. Be careful if you purchased from viasky.

I was renting a cloud dedicated server from them and it was often offline, they didn't deliver promised windows license or cpanel. After cancelation of product they still charged me for another month and refused to give a refund.

This company is selling "Dedicated Servers" yet they are virtualised servers. They will say its a real dedicated however if you do a check of bios and network adapters, cpu etc its ALL virtualised through Red Hat. They are giving a run around trying to get a refund back. Will be going to paypal to get my funds back.
