The chat line in particular is exceptional! Within a minute or two, the technician has pinpointed the problem and show you how to fix it, or it gets fixed on their end. Tremendous service. And very friendly customer service, not trying to make you feel stupid like another big host company we know named after a large reptile. Lol.
