Scalahosting has been a stable backbone for my projects, and I haven't had any surprises with outages. Even when it has to do more work, the performance stays the same. Their help has been straightforward and quick, which has made the whole thing easy.

Fantastic people can get hold of them really well. I'm someone not great at computers but Scalahosting help me understand and get my site sorted for me, so haven't got to do anything??

Got concerned about the performance of my website but once I talked to their support, the concerns vanished immediately. Apparently, it was my own mistake but the staff were very calm and patient with me. Could not expect a better customer support from a web hosting company

Just want to state that their service is first class. I have never been disappointed with their customer service. I also particularly like that as a company you do not push the customer into staying with you or trying to get them to give you more money. Cannot rate the customer service highly enough!

The services of Scalahosting are top notch, I don't think I have seen the likes yet. I have had issues with my site crashing which was my fault and issues with the renewal of my domain but it was sorted out excellently. Excellent customer service, fast reply, it's just awesome. It's a model I think so many other web hosts can learn from!
