I opted in for wordpress hosting package with free website. After two weeks since sending the brief there was no sign of someone actually processing my website request. So I used an alternative builder with a built in hosting and sent a cancellation request to the vendor. Never heard from them ever since despite sending follow up emails every two weeks. Definitely not recommended.

There aren't any issues at all. The customer service is always outstanding. And the costs are minimal. The most user-friendly control panel is SPanel.
