I opted in for wordpress hosting package with free website. After two weeks since sending the brief there was no sign of someone actually processing my website request. So I used an alternative builder with a built in hosting and sent a cancellation request to the vendor. Never heard from them ever since despite sending follow up emails every two weeks. Definitely not recommended.
