One of the best things from Glowhost is the impressive, fast, and very professional guaranteed 24/7 support, within one hour, guaranteed - I have never wait for more than 10 minutes for a response. This is true! I'm also satisfied with then completely useful easy-to-use cPanel. They could double their price and I would stay with them. They are that good and you won't be disappointed. I don't think I will ever leave.

I have been using Glowhost hosting for a long time and must say that I am fully-satisfied with using their services. I asked in the support ticket if there's any way they keep backups of our sites. They quickly responded and within an hour, I got my deleted files back - and my website running again. My website is up and running and I love it! Their list of extra software installations is huge! This place rocks! Best host I have ever used. Good web host.

The live chat-support was most of the time very satisfying. Very strong side of hosting - tech support. I'm purchasing Glowhost services for over 5 months for me and for all my customers. Their support is responding rapidly and competently, people are very polite. With the help of their website builder, I can build my site within minutes. Build a blog or a forum, online store. Great web host. Glowhost features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean). They also have excellent customer support and I've always received quick replies to my queries.

I migrated to Glowhost from a very bad web host I had experience dealing with, and all I can say is they have fantastic infrastructure and support. They stayed with me till my setup was complete and went out of their way with phone support even as their shift was ending this morning to make sure I was able to access my files.
