I am new here so I am confused on all of this for now. But one thing I am not confused about is how amazing Glowhost customer service is. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The level of support provided with my web hosting account has been fantastic.

I know from personal experience that Glowhost chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. I've haven't had to use the support a lot, but when I have had to use it, responses have been very fast, and they will work with you to get things fixed. Always willing to assist me over and over again with even the smallest request.

After being hosted with a few other site hosts and found that the services they provided were both annoying and incomplete, it feels great to have a host who takes care of your every need and makes sure you're wellbeing is taken into consideration. I've seen the addition of more and more servers to keep up with demand. Glowhost web host is reliable. Time is money and even 99.99% may not be good enough.

In essence I really have received a fantastic service and would recommend Glowhost hosting to everyone. I just love Glowhost. No matter how many dumb questions I have, Matt answers every last one in a language I can understand! So happy I switched! Great support with fast responses in both live support or through email (tickets). They have great polite staff and that is why it was pleased to communicate with. I really appreciate all the work that they did for me.

I have been with Glowhost for about a year and I can say that their support is outstanding, quick answers with intelligent responses. Needless to say I have had to contact them on a several occasions and I have never been kept waiting. I strongly recommend it for every one. The support is more than excellent.

I've been with Glowhost host about eight months and must say that they met my expectations. I'm the webmaster for about a half dozen sites. Their packages include many great tools, easy to use with very good video training available. I had some problems with setup and their customer support was responsive and solved all the troubles. The support team is always there and drops a message from time to time to see how you are making out.

Amazing webhost! When I first came across their prices it almost seemed to good to be true. I put one site up with them to start just to try things out, I've since put up all my sites with these guys. I would recommend Glowhost hosting to anyone who is looking for a new host!
