Excellent service from the team. After some initial problems with the settings we contacted the support team and received a super quick response which was really helpful and solved the issue. GlowHost uptime is great. Not many features or add-ons for web site (no SQL, at least on my plan, for example). Mail system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want.

The network uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus! Rock solid control panel. I must say GlowHost is GOOD! I have had responses in a short amount of time and they have solved my problem every time. Great support and pricing. It may not have all the latest features etc. So far everything is good.

I rarely noticed any hardware-related problems and when something occured i got noticed about it. There's a great balance between price and quality. They have a very good support and respond fast to support tickets. I also like that they are open and honest company that keeps to its promises. They never misled me, unlike other web hosts I used did before.. Can't fault these guys!

Yes. I pay less then $100 per year and I have SSH access to my account. I do not need to find VPS or related solution. I have SSH access with shared hosting plan. That is really great! I have never used their support, so that is difficult to say how they are doing. I’m with them for almost 1 year and so far everything is working and I’m sure they provide the best service. GlowHost provides a very cost-effective solution for small web-sites, provide MySQL and PHP support, and as far as I have experienced have a good record on up-time and accessibility. Their billing/renewal etc. has always been impeccable.

I think many other hosting providers would struggle to come anywhere close to this level of support. Pricing was not a deciding factor but is very reasonable. I am satisfied that I made a good decision and will happily and highly recommend GlowHost provider and their hosting deals. Well, GlowHost VPS hosting provider was the second one that I've used. I'll be completely honest. They've done all they've could in any situation to make sure that not only my site was operational, but everyone elses was operational too. If you do things the way you're supposed to, you'll have a response very quickly and usually the problem is fixed within minutes of that.

Sometimes saving a couple bucks a month isn't the best deal. I'm actually paying nearly half what I used to pay my old host and I'm getting much more for my money now. They are extremely knowledgeable and very patient, GlowHost has been outstanding to work with.

Price to service to ease-of-use to features its just a great deal. I have been using GlowHost web hosting for about 5 months and they have been great. One time we had a problem and the customer support was bad, but we have had at least 3 other times where they have been helpful and spend significant time on the Skype to assist us.
