I have never had a problem with GTHost uptime, but my sites are low-traffic. I actually enjoy logging in and managing my accounts. But a few features I expect, like WordPress or ZenCart, are offered in a rather roundabout way. The price for dedicated servers in Madrid is great. They are simply great!

Been hosting with GTHost instant server hosting for over 2 months now and im really satisfied with the quality of service. Support is responsive and uptime is near perfect; open several tickets and were responded promptly not to mention they resolved my request. I have never had a problem with uptime, but my sites are low-traffic. You can submit support tickets easily right from the dashboard, and choose the level of severity of your issue.
