I really hope you guys do not believe these fake reviews that looks sweet. I host one of my website with no more than 40,000 visits a month & I had to open support tickets every twice a week with the same subject heading "fix my server/my server stopped working". They would take at least 2-4 hours to fix the issue. If by chance you are busy & could not visit your website to find out the server doesn't works, they would never inform you about it. You'll eventually start losing 1000's of customers due to this. I purchased VPS with yearly payment but just in 8 months I had to switch to other hosting, (I'm sure you would too, if you host your website with them). You would know how they treats you if you request them to fix the issue early. Pathetic service and staff. I do not expects them to refund me 4 month's cost. I have 15 websites hosted on different platforms & I have experience with 100s of other hosting companies. No other company ever does that believe me. And, they're unable to identify the problem with their server and my site is hampering. Problem was 'email is not working'. Could you imagine how kind of service they're offering? Unreliable VPS hosting, Unreliable support, Complete lack of resilience in their infrastructure: Two times they said outage due to natural causes, first time due to cyclone alert in May20, and second today on 5th Aug due to excessive rain (it was alert only, as of now we have not heard any loss of life or property due to both above alerts, in fact cyclone missed mumbai completly). Even when there is no natural calamity, there were outages but outages due to above reasons are not acceptable for any business relying on Network availability. Poor service, nobody picks the phone, ticket raised through their portal is slow to be picked and never acknowledged but responded long time after the issue is resolved. In between outages due to hardware failure has been affecting availability of the server as well (on an average two hour outage per month is norm but our website experienced three outages in one week today). No professional sense, escalation medium is absent, phone or email marked for account manager is never responded. Could I mark with zero rating on service, it would have been more appropriate.

Honest Review after being associated with hostitsmart for more than a year. Day by Day their services are getting worst. Last month one of my server crashed and I had a big impact on my business because of it, when checked with the team, they were not sure of the rootcause of the issue and they were not able to recover any data from my harddisk (For P1 issue they have an SLA of 48 hours :) ). Also, of my other server kept crashing down after contacting the support, they informed me that the rootcause is found (some problem in datacenter) and they assured me that the server wont go down again, but after an hour the server went down again. Better go with known providers like godaddy, interserver, hostiger if you want me to have a server without downtime if you want to have better service - Richard Update : 09/08/2022, As informed earlier, my team had to put more then 8 hours of effort in migrating the server and when we started the application the server crashed. I contacted your support and your support team said that they found the issue and rootcause is found and fixed. After confirmation from your team again when i started the application, the server went down again. I had to face loss in my business / issue refund to my clients due to lack of support and unstable server provided by your team. How do you expect me to trust your servers and support again? and I dont want your replacement server after all this I had requested for refund of the server just after a day of purchasing your server and your team was not ready to provide me refund of my 13,000 Rs back To all other customers searching for hosting : If you want to lose your had earned money as well have worst support / no refund policy, you can go with hostitsmart
