I am not that knowledgeable about computers or creating a website but found their web builder software easy to use and when I have found myself in difficulties the customer support was very good and dealt with my problems with efficiency and speed.

Poor Service and Misleading Advertising I recently had a very disappointing experience with HostNamaste. I purchased a VPS from their website, which advertised a specific IP range (142.171.155.XX) as part of the service. However, after completing the purchase, I was assigned a different IP address and informed that the advertised IP range was only available with more expensive plans, which was not disclosed prior to the purchase. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company, including requesting a refund due to their failure to provide the service as described, I faced unprofessionalism and uncooperativeness. The company initially refused to process a refund and only acted after I escalated the matter, threatening to take further action. The customer service was lacking, and the company's approach to resolving issues was disappointing. They ultimately canceled my VPS and issued a refund, but their handling of the situation was far from satisfactory. I would advise potential customers to carefully review the terms and conditions and be cautious of misleading advertisements. My experience suggests that the company may not handle service discrepancies or customer complaints in a professional manner.

When I talked to one of their experts from support team, I had no feeling from him of wanting to fix my problem as quickly as he could so he could move on the next customer; instead, he made sure he completely understood the issue I was having and did everything he could to fix it, which he did. He also explained what the issue was in a way I could understand. It was my mistake. As for the speed connectivity, it is quite good. My pages upload very fast. The script installer tool is useful.

When i asked all the necessary questions i needed and Hostnamaste support answered it politely i've decided to get an account. after i purchased an account (while we are talking) they then set it up the account immediately. When they find suspicious files they send a warning e-mail, and when the files are 100% sure malicious they are quarantined (and the user advised). The support staff is kind and really willing to help. Highly recommend it to all my fellows developers. The plesk panel interface is not brilliant but quite good compared to the majority.

Price is less then market price compared to other hosts that offer the same features which is nice to know you're saving money. The features are the best part because you get plesk which is my favorite control panel compared to others.
