This kind of downtime is unacceptable, especially for a service that is supposed to be reliable and available around the clock. Their customer support, touted as 24/7, is laughably inadequate. I attempted to reach out for assistance during the server downtime, only to be met with silence. It's evident that their so-called support team is either non-existent or grossly incompetent. False advertising at its finest. In my opinion, HostSeba is a 100% fraudulent company. Their practices, from misleading guarantees to abysmal server performance and non-existent customer support, make it clear that they are not to be trusted. Even if they were offering their services for free, I would strongly advise against getting involved with this company. Save yourself the headache and frustration; look elsewhere for a reliable hosting provider.
