I am a part-time designer/developer for mostly small businesses, where I handle everything in terms of the websites and my clients just call me when they would like to have a powwow about their sites. Well, I was looking to move away from the Daddy, who'd been increasingly cost-prohibitive and had recently caused some unexplainable downtime. Enter Rad Web Hosting. I spoke with a rep who assured me that I had come to the right place. Well, I decided to give them a shot. It's been nothing short of a blessing to have come across this team of pros. They handled the migration of 60+ websites beautifully, beginning even before they got started. I gave them initial access to my old server, which they requested "at the earliest possible date-so that we may fully assess and plan for a successful and painless migration." In short order they provided me with a "map" of sorts that outlined any sites that would require my assistance (in cases where the domain names were utilizing a third-party DNS service). I was highly impressed with the level of attention they gave to all aspects of the migration-which was a breeze, thanks in no small part to my new best friends at Rad Web Hosting. The migration was a total success, I'm paying less money with a monthly server rental that is faster and offers a flat renewal rate. No more 40% rate-jumps from the Daddy.
