I never give 5 stars until I fully test, trust, and experienced a company's services. In the case of SirsteveHQ, I did not give 5 stars because I am too scared they might actually be worth it and break my 'tested formula.' Four stars to me mean ... you are dammed good, responsive, and tolerant (as I do make some mistakes that get laced with false accusations).
