The machine itself sounds healthy. My neighbor helped with trouble shooting. It seems that if the chain is not moving, turn it off, pull the chain back a bit then try again. This usually works. I have also had a difficult time to trying to contact Tietok. Talked to Amazon (I knew that my return time had passed). The lady was very helpful & after a bit of researching she was able to send me an emailed the contact info.
