By me purchasing a shared hosting from this solution was a good decision. I am running my personal website on their hosting plan and not facing any type of problem. I use this solution to host my website, as well as those of my clients. For small businesses and organizations that don't need a VPS, their dedicated server NVME with SSD Disk its hosting is a good value & Good quality. Their tech support is great, but their billing support can be difficult to reach and slow to respond.

I found they had the fastest Turbo boost technology but sometimes they fell down re-slow logging into Webmail which I could not get them to fix so I changed. I did not want to change to SSD. I now have much slower search on Webmail on new host. Best service provider & turbo boost speed makes my business powerful.

Hosting options are very good with extras that are not even mentioned! VCCL Hosting used SSD exclusively long before it was popular on shared accounts. We use the shared Turbo account and it compares to semi dedicated accounts we have used with other hosts. Has an "unwind" feature (that has saved us twice!) and I got a free setup from this team we install purchase new lunched intel Xeon silver series which we got under our cheaper in price with NVME SSD Disk with added security. Account wide SSL is free. & we get Free migration service.

Page loading speed is significantly better than HostGator cloud (although I haven't done any apples to apples comparison, I'm finally enjoying working in the dedicated control panel, since previously it loaded so slow that it was painful to do anything there. And, note, that I'm on the cheapest version at the moment which I had took at In Indian Rupees which has at Rs.1386. and i got really in at cheapest price from this provider. It provider better than other hosting provider, Even with that, I'm very happy with page loads. If something starts to go south, I know I can get someone in the chat instantly to assist me.

I asked to add a coupon code in my account in support chat. The team added it for me. Without any question. Which is amazing. (My trial was expired 3 months ago) I migrated my site seamlessly using all in one migration plugin. Without any downtime. Staging feature is yet another thing which helped me a lot. Now the speed is quiet impressive. It was never less than a second earlier. Now it is loading in less than 600ms in New York. Best Dedicated server provider I was on in vccl hosting from 2 years.

It's the first time I am using their service so I can compare them with other hosting services that I used and currently use too. So, the things I like are a good and fair price for their Intel Xeon dedicated server with NVME with SSD disk combined with the performance I get.

Signed up just a few days ago so I can't speak to customer service or technical support but the fact I needed neither speaks to how good the process is. Everything took all of five minutes and my server was up and working with zero issues. Prices are competitive and from what I can tell, totally worth it.
