Outstanding customer service! English was his first language It was so wonderful to speak to someone who could understand me and that I could understand! I wish I could remember his name, I feel terrible that I didn’t write it down .. He was kind and knowledgeable and talked me through the questions I had very respectfully! I called to cancel (i was reluctant to learn a new interface) and Amit immediately gave me a refund. He was knowledgable and patient and really kind, felt like i was talking to my business savvy brother, that i ended up keeping my service and he walked me through the process.
