I haven't tried calling support or doing anything which you can't do through the good control panel. The information online has been sufficient. I haven't tried leaving them yet, but if I have problems I'll report back. I am using dedicated hosting with GTHost and I have rated the features as perfection because what they provide matches perfectly with my needs.
