Just started with BuySupport and am very impressed. Had a couple of issued with setting up a Emergency VPS with third party software and they got it fixed fast. Very impressed.

Enabling the account was a little slow and that worried me a little in the begin but my worries where quickly laid to rest. Every Support interaction is just EXCELLENT, the team is very friendly and very knowledgeable. I am glad i moved our implementation to BuySupport and can only recommend their service.

Customer Service is by far the best you would ever find anywhere. They are an amazing team willing to collaborate and explain in detail in order to help. The team of technicians are fast pace and quick at solving any issue. they are absolutely great professionals.
