YITH (Yithemes) is a WordPress theme and WooCommerce plugin provider known worldwide for its operations. The company has recently been acquired by Newfold Digital and Siris Capital Group. YITH helps clients develop and expand their WooCommerce businesses by using various themes and plugins with expert support from their team. They have around 2.3 million active installs and over 100 plugins that are efficient to fulfill most of the e-commerce demands. The financial terms of the acquisition are not yet revealed.
